D'Art agnan Collier, the Socialist Equality Party's candidate for Detroit mayor, campaigned Saturday at the Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA). Detroit’s Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr has threatened to auction off the art at the DIA to pay off the city’s bondholders.
